FAQ

How does personalization work?

Upload a photo of your pet, pick the design and size – the live preview shows your finished piece before you buy. Works for dogs and cats.

Which photo works best?

A sharp, well-lit photo with your pet's full head visible, facing the camera as much as possible. At least 1080 × 1080 pixels – a normal phone photo is perfect.

How long does delivery take?

Every piece is printed for you in the USA (2–5 business days) and shipped domestically (3–5 business days). In total about 5–10 business days.

How much is shipping?

Flat-rate shipping within the US – the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. No customs, no surprises: printed and shipped from Texas.

Do posters come framed?

No – posters ship safely rolled and unframed; frames in the pictures are for illustration only. Canvases arrive ready to hang on a wooden stretcher frame.

Can I return my order?

Personalized products are made just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged. If there is a production defect or transport damage you get a free replacement, of course – just send us a photo at support@lilsnouts.de.
